What is proposed?
NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that BAZA Retail Ltd has applied for a premises licence in relation to Unit C, 270-272 Hornchurch Road, Essex RM11 1PZ to permit the provision of the following licensable activities:
sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises Mon- Sun 09:00 - 21:00.
Full details of the application can be inspected at the address noted below during normal business hours. A representation by any person or a responsible authority regarding this application can be made to The Licensing Authority Town Hall Main Road Romford RM1 3BD www.havering.gov.uk. Such representation must be received in writing by 28/09/25 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
