What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 

Application has been made by Marston's PLC to the Licensing Authority of Newcastle Under Lyme Borough Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Foyer at Hassell Street, Newcastle-under-Lyme. ST5 1AD. 

The application includes the following terms:- 

1. Variation to change the internal and external layout of the premises as per the drawing deposited with the Licensing Authority. 

2. To amend CCTV and SIA condition. 

3. To add additional conditions as to crime and disorder. 

4. To delete condition (2) Annex 3. Full details of the Application and the drawing can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Newcastle Under Lyme Borough Council, Castle House, Barracks Road, Newcastle, Staffordshire. ST5 1BL. 

A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 1st October 2025 (http://www.newcastle-staffs.gov.uk/) It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
