NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO GRANT A NEW PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Premises licence holder Garry Rawlinson has applied in respect of Premises name Hotel 119, Ground floor Frontage 117-119 Victoria Road Darlington DL15JH for grant of a new Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for the Sale of alcohol between the hours of 10am to 11pm Monday to Sunday. Representations to this application must be made in writing by 30th September 2025 (Consultation end date) to Darlington Borough Council Licensing Authority at Town hall, Darlington DL1 5QT where the register of Licensing Applications can be inspected between 10:00 and 16:00 and/or at www.darlington.gov.uk. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction.
