NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Mrs Lisa Hust has applied to North Northamptonshire Council for the variation of a Premises Licence in respect of The Chester House Estate and intends to vary the following licensable activities
To expand on the areas with The Chester House Estate which are currently licensed for plays, films, live music, recorded music, performances of dance and the sale of alcohol. To allow plays, films, performance of dance between 08:00 to 24:00 Monday to Sunday. To allow live music, recorded music and the sale of alcohol between 09:00 to 01:00 Monday to Sunday

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in
connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
