What is proposed?
Notice of application to vary a Club Premises
Certificate under Section 84 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Thorpe Malsor Social Club in
respect of Premises known as Thorpe Malsor Social Club,
30 Church Way, Thorpe Malsor, NN14 1JS applied for a
Variation of a Club Premises Certificate. The proposed
variation is: 1. Extend the hours for alcohol (on and off
supplies) and live music to Monday to Saturday from 12:00
noon until 23:30hrs and Sunday 12:00 noon until 22:30hrs.
2. To add recorded music, performance of dance, films and
indoor sports Monday to Saturday 12:00 noon until
23:30hrs and Sunday 12:00 noon until 22:30hrs.
3. To permit an extension of all licensable activities listed
above on New Year’s Eve until 0100 on New Year’s Day.
4. To amend the opening hours on Monday to Saturday to
12:00 noon until midnight, Sunday 12:00 noon until 23:00
and on New Year’s Eve until 0130 on New Year’s Day.
5. To remove the non-standard timings for Good Friday and
Christmas Day for alcohol, live music and opening hours.
6. To amend a condition relating to the admission of under
18s. Full details can be seen in the application. Any
representations regarding the above-mentioned application
must be received in writing by North Northamptonshire
Council, Regulatory Services Licensing Administration,
Thrapston Offices, Cedar Drive, Thrapston NN14 4LZ or
