NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT: Mr Kun Sang Kim AT THE PREMISES KNOWN AS: Banju Korean Restaurant, 108 High Street, Wealdstone, Harrow HA3 7AH has applied to the London Borough of Harrow for a new premises licence: Sale of Alcohol Monday – Sunday 12:00–23:00.
This application and associated documentations can be viewed online via following URL https://www.harrow.gov.uk/licences/pending-licence-applications. Anyone wishing to make representations towards this application can do so by email to licensing@harrow.gov.uk. These representations must be made no later than 28 days from the date shown at the top of this notice. Representations must be based on one or more of the four licensing objectives: prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. Please note that any petitions must follow certain rules. Copies of these representations will initially be sent to the applicant for their consideration. Persons making representations in respect of this application must be prepared to attend in person at a public hearing before the licensing committee of the council.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of an offence under this section is liable on summary conviction to a fine of an unlimited amount.
