APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a New Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by: UTM Enterprises Limited to North East Lincolnshire Council in respect of the premises known as: Racks Clee (previously Bootlegger) which are situated at: 30-34 High Street Cleethorpes DN35 8JN
The details of the proposed licensable activities and times of operation are as follows: Live Music Monday to Sunday - 23:00 to 00:00 hours Recorded Music/Late Night Refreshment Monday to Sunday - 23:00 to 03:00 hours Supply of Alcohol Monday to Sunday - 08:00 to 03:00 hours

Any representations by people, bodies, businesses or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Section, North East Lincolnshire Council at the above address by: 23 September 2025
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
