What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003:
APPLICATION FOR NEW PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Olympia Licensing Limited has applied to The London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham in respect of International Conference Centre (ICC) Olympia London, Hammersmith Road, London, W14 8UX for an application for a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following: 

A Provisional Statement, applied for by Olympus Property Holdings Ltd, was issued for this premises in 2024. The licensable activities, hours and conditions are replicated in this new premises licence application.

The sale of alcohol (on and off the premises), plays, films, live music, recorded music and anything similar to music and dance Monday to Sunday from 10:00h until 23:30h. For late night refreshment (indoors and outdoors) Monday to Sunday from 23:00h until 23:30h.

The opening hours of the premises to be Monday to Sunday from 10:00h until 00:00h.

All licensable activities extended to 02:00 hours on New Year’s Eve into New Year’s Day, with the premises closed 30 minutes thereafter.

Anyone wishing to make a representation about this application must give notice in writing specifying the grounds of representation to licensing@lbhf.gov.uk or via our register: www.lbhf.gov.uk/licensing TO BE RECEIVED BY THE END OF 3RD OCTOBER 2025.

A record of the application details may be inspected at www.lbhf.gov.uk/ licensing or by request (020 8753 1081).

Persons making representations will be invited to attend a public hearing before a Licensing Sub Committee of the Council.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
