What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that We, Spirit Pub Company (Services) Limited have applied to Surrey Heath Borough Council on 02 September 2025 for a variation to a premises licence to use the premises at the: White Hart, Frimley High Street, Frimley, Camberley, Surrey, GU16 7HU. To vary the licensing plan for refurbishment works including alterations to; fixed seating and screens in the dining area, the bar servery, new DDA ramp from dining area to bar area. For full and further details please view the licensing plan. Any part of the variation application that changes the plan/layout at the premises to be of no effect until the work has been completed. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of their representation by 30th September 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation to the: Licensing Team, Surrey Heath Borough Council, Surrey Heath House, Knoll Road, Camberley, Surrey, GU15 3HD or by email to licensing@surreyheath.gov.uk

Acopy of the application may be inspected at Surrey Heath Borough Council, Surrey Heath House, Knoll Road, Camberley, Surrey, GU15 3HD during office hours or online https://www.surreyheath.gov.uk/licences-andpermits/licensing-applications-and-public-registers/current-l icensing-applications

The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the LicensingAct 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
