Notice of Application to Wigan Council An application to vary a Premises Licence has been made by Tatiana Vanacore for the premises known as Unit 1, 362 Manchester Road, Astley, Manchester M29 7DY.

The application seeks to allow the sale of alcohol (on and off the Premises) Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 22:00. Hours of opening: Monday to Sunday 9:00 to 23:00.

The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section, Wigan Life Centre, College Avenue, Wigan, WN1 1NJ between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday inclusive. Brief details can also be obtained from the Council's website www.wigan.gov.uk. Any person or responsible authority may make representations about the application no later than 30 September 2025. All representations must be made in writing by the above date. Representations should be sent to the Licensing Section, PO Box 100, Wigan, WN1 3DS or can be emailed to licensing@wigan.gov.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
