Notice of application for a premises licence ThinK J Wines Ltd of 21 Sinclair Way, Prescot, L34 1QL has applied to Knowsley Council for a premises licence.

The application is to: Permit the sale of alcohol via an online platform. Hold stock on site for pre-arranged customer collections. The proposed hours for these activities are 10:00 to 18:00, Monday to Sunday (office opening hours).

A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority, Knowsley Council, Licensing Service, Environmental Health & Consumer Protection, 2nd Floor, Yorkon Building, Archway Road, Huyton, L36 9FB during normal office hours or via email request to licensing@knowsley.gov.uk. Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application must do so in writing to the above address or email. Representations must be received no later than Monday, 1st September 2025.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited.
