What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that Amir Singh Malhi has applied to Erewash Borough Council to Vary the Premises Licence in respect of The Harrow, Market Place, Ilkeston, Derbyshire, DE7 5QA.

The nature of the application is to increase:
Sale of Alcohol - Friday - Sunday 11:00 - 02:00
Live & Recorded Music - Friday - Sunday 12:00 - 02:00
LNR - Friday - Sunday 23:00 - 02:00 Plus, amendment to Condition 16 in respect of the outdoor bar.

Any person who wishes to make any representations regarding this application should submit their comments in writing to the above address or by email licensing@ erewash.gov.uk no later than 1st October 2025.

It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. 

Those that make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
