Notice of application for renewal of a sex establishment licence pursuant to Schedule 3 Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982.
TAKE NOTICE that on 2 September 2025, 'The Honey Club (Solihull) Ltd' applied to Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council for the renewal of a sex establishment licence.
NAME & ADDRESS OF PREMISES: The Honey Club, 76B High Street, Solihull, B91 3TA
DAYS AND HOURS OF OPERATION: Monday - Sunday 10:00 hours - 06:00 hours
ACTIVITY: Sexual Entertainment Venue.
INSPECTING THE APPLICATION: The application may be inspected between 9:00am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, at The Core, Theatre Square, Solihull, B91 3RG by prior appointment, by emailing licensing@solihull.gov.uk
OBJECTIONS: Any person wishing to make objections on the application shall do so in writing to the Licensing Team, The Core, Theatre Square, Homer Road, Solihull, B91 3RG or by email at licensing@solihull.gov.uk The grounds of the objection must be stated in general terms.
The objection must be received by the Council no later than 30 September 2025.
