Westcliff Express, 612 London Road, Westcliff on Sea SS0 9HW KVM Properties Limited has applied to Southend on Sea City Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence for the above premises to permit the following activities: On & Off Sale of alcohol: Monday - Sunday: 07:00 – 23:00hrs
The Licensing Register and full details of this application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority, Southend-on-Sea City Council, Civic Centre, Victoria Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, Essex, SS2 6ZG between the hours of 10.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday by prior appointment or at the Council website www.southend.gov.uk.
Any person wishing to make representations must do so in writing or by email to licact2003@southend.gov.uk, stating the grounds for objecting, to the above address no later than: 18/09/2025.
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
