Application for Variation of a Premises Licence
Notice is hereby given that Joseph Holt Limited has applied to the Stockport Council for the variation of the Premises Licence for The Station House (formerly Platform 5), 47 Station Road, Cheadle Hulme, Cheadle SK8 7AA.
The proposed application is to amend the layout of the licensed area in accordance with the submitted plans, and also to replace the current Conditions with those attached to the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of their representation by 26th September 2025 stating the ground for making said representation to: Licensing Officer (2003), Stockport Council, Fred Perry House, Edward Street, Stockport SK1 3XE.
The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting www.stockport.gov.uk and following the links.
The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for Premises Licence and there is an unlimited fine on being convicted of such offence.
