Application for Variation of a Premises

Harris Museum, Harris Street, Preston, PR1 2PP
I, Preston City Council hereby give notice that I
have applied for Variation of the Premises Licence
in respect of the above premises. The proposed
variation is to expand the licensable area to cover
the entire premises as per the red border on
accompanying plans submitted with the application.
The variation also seeks to add the provision of
regulated entertainment and update the conditions
of licence to reflect this. The application can be
viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at
Preston City Council, Town Hall, Lancaster
Road,Preston, PR1 2RL during normal office hours
or at
Any interested party or
Responsible Authority may make representations
to the Council about the application. Such
representations must be in writing and must be
made no later than 3rd October 2025.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a
false statement in connection with an application.
A person guilty of such an offence is liable on
summary conviction to a fine not exceeding
£5,000.
