What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003: APPLICATION FOR NEW PREMISES LICENCE 

Notice is hereby given that Scarlet Wines Limited has applied in respect of Scarlet Wines Warehouse, Hellesveor Farm, Hellesveor, St Ives, Cornwall, TR26 3EA for the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following: 

Opening Hours 
On each day of the week 0600 to 1900 

For the sale and supply of alcohol (off sales only) 
On each day of the week 0600 to 1900 

A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, New County Hall, Truro TR1 3AY or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 3 October 2025 

A record of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
