NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Village Underground Limited has applied to London Borough of Hackney on 27 August 2025 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Village Underground Roof Level, 54 Holywell Lane, London EC2A 3PQ for the sale by retail of alcohol, Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 22:00, as more particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to:
Hackney Service Centre, 1 Hillman Street, London, E8 1DY
or by email to: licensing@hackney.gov.uk to be received by no later than 24 September 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation.
The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.hackney.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
