What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited fine)

Premises: German Doner Kebab, 207 Mile End Rd London E1 4AA Notice is given that INTERLAGOS holdings Ltd has applied to tower hamlets Council to vary a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003. The proposed variation is:

To extend the late night refreshment hours for Mon to Sun 12:45 to 3:00am.
