What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that The Camden Market Management Company Limited has applied to the London Borough of Camden for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as Dingwalls, 11 East Yard, Camden Lock Place, London, NW1 8AL.

This is an application for a ‘Shadow Licence’ in the name of the landlord. The Shadow Licence is being applied for in exactly the same terms as the existing licence. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: Films, Recorded Music, Performance of Dance and anything of a similar description (indoors - Restricted to Highlight & Market Bar (Upstairs) Canal Bar (Downstairs)). Monday to Sunday 11:00 until 03:00 the following day. Live Music (indoors) Monday to Sunday 11:00 until 03:00 the following day. Canal Bar will be restricted to Monday to Saturday 11:00 until 01:00 the following day and Sunday 11:00 until 00:00. Late Night Refreshment ((indoors - Restricted to Highlight & Market Bar (Upstairs) Canal Bar (Downstairs)). Monday to Sunday 23:00 until 02:30 the following day. Supply of Alcohol (both - Restricted to Highlight & Market Bar (Upstairs) Canal Bar (Downstairs)). Monday to Sunday 10:00 until 02:00 the following day. Any representations about this application must be made in writing by 23rd September 2025 and sent to The Licensing Service, Camden Council, 5 Pancras Square, London, N1C 4AG or by email to licensing@camden.gov.uk.The record of this application may be inspected at the Licensing Office at the above address or on the website (www.camden.gov.uk).

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
