Application for a new Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that The Shepherd Mayfair Hotel Opco Ltd has applied to City of Westminster on 27/08/2025 for a new premises licence for Hotel, 2 Stanhope Row, London W1J 7BS.

The proposed application is to permit the provision of plays, Films, indoor sporting events, live music, recorded music, performances of dance, anything of a similar description and sale by retail of alcohol Monday-Sunday 00:00-00:00 and late night refreshment Monday-Sunday 23:00-05:00 on such conditions and such other times as set out in the application.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 24/09/2025 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Service, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 5QP. The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.westminster.gov.uk/Licensing and following the link to the public register. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is of an unlimited amount.
