What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that London Trocadero (2015) LLP has applied to Westminster City Council for the grant of a Shadow Premises Licence in respect of Premises formerly trading as Coyote Ugly, 30 Shaftesbury Avenue, London, W1D 6EX. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: Films (Indoor), Recorded Music (Indoor) and Supply of Alcohol (Indoors and Outdoors): Monday to Sunday 08:00 to 03:00 for residents and bona fide guests of the adjourning hotel and Monday to Saturday 10:00 to 03:00 and Sunday 12:00 to 03:00 for members of the public (including Bank Holiday Sundays); Live Music (Indoors), Performance of Dance (Indoors) and anything similar (Indoors): Monday to Saturday 10:00 to 03:00 and Sunday 12:00 to 03:00; Late Night Refreshment (Indoors): Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 03:00; Opening Hours: Monday to Sunday 08:00 to 03:00 for residents and bona fide guests of the adjourning hotel and Monday to Saturday 10:00 to 03:00 and Sunday 12:00 to 03:00 for members of the public (including Bank Holiday Sundays). On the commencement of British Summertime, the terminal hour shall be extended by 60 minutes. See application, documents and plan submitted to the Council for full details. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Premises Licensing, Westminster City Council, 15th Floor, 64 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 6QP no later than 24th September 2025 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Westminster City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.westminster.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
