LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 27th August 2025 Araam LTD applied to Westminster City Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Aram, South Wing, Ground Floor, Somerset House, Strand, London WC2R 1LA. The proposed licensable activity is;- 1. The supply of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 11.00 to 22.30. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- Licensing Service, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 5QP no later than the 24th September 2025 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Westminster City Council and the record of the application may be inspected by visiting at www.westminster.gov.uk/Licensing and following the link to the public register. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.

The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
