What is proposed?

Notice is hereby given that I, Mr Andrew Warnes, have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as HAYSTAX HOLIDAY PARK, LONGEDGE LANE, CONSETT, DH8 9BY for a New Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activities: Sale of Alcohol On Sales Only Monday to Sunday 12:00 - 21:00.
The full application can be inspected at the Council's offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham, DH7 8RS by appointment, on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm. A Responsible Authority or Other Party under the Licensing Act 2003 can make representations/objections to these applications. Representations must be made in writing by 23rd September 2025 and sent to: Durham County Council, Licensing Services, PO Box 617, Durham. DH1 9HZ alternatively email: licensing@durham.gov.uk.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
