TAKE NOTICE that we Jerome Nicolle and Jaqueline Timoney both of 120 Ballylucas Road, Enniskillen, County Fermanagh, BT94 3AD intend at the Magistrates Court sitting at Enniskillen on the 22nd day of September 2025 at 10am to apply for the transfer to us of a licence at present held by Charles Oldcroft and Christopher Oldcroft care of Thomas Taggart and Sons Solicitors 27 Church Street, Ballymoney, BT53 6HS for the premises at The Moorings, Bellanaleck, County Fermanagh, BT29 2BA being the premises of the following kind according to the Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 namely premises specified in Article 5(1) (e) A restaurant.

A Protection Order authorising Jerome Nicolle and Jaqueline Timoney both of 120 Ballylucas Road, Enniskillen, County Fermanagh, BT94 3AD to carry on the business under the licence was granted on the 16th day of April 2025 by the Magistrates Court sitting at Enniskillen for a period of six months.

We are the owners of the business carried on under the licence.

The owners of the premises are Gary Mitten of 24 Ashwoods Road, Enniskillen, County Fermanagh and Geoffrey Johnston of 89 Derrylin Road, Enniskillen, County Fermanagh.

The licence will be deposited with the Clerk of Petty Sessions before or at the hearing of the application.
