Herb Fresh Limited Liability Partnership - Application For A Full Licence To Abstract (Take) Water

Notice of application for a full licence to abstract (take) water Herb Fresh Limited Liability Partnership has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.
The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application, in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.
The application is for a full licence to abstract water from the River Mole between the National Grid References TQ 14566 57933 and TQ 14580 57487.
The application is to abstract water as follows:
• 45 cubic metres an hour • 820 cubic metres a day • 36,400 cubic metres a year • between March and October inclusive in each year.
The water will be used for Spray irrigation.
Further details are: The new licence will be aggregated with the spray irrigation quantities on the existing licence 28/39/32/0048.
