Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence

MSP Retail Limited have applied to South Cambridgeshire District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the Old Fire Station, Elm Way, PAPWORTH EVERARD, CB23 3RY The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: Off Sale of Alcohol - 07:00 to 22:00hrs DAILY Any representations regarding the application must be received in writing by Licensing Service, South Cambridgeshire District Council, South Cambridgeshire Hall, Cambourne Business Park CAMBOURNE, Cambridgeshire, CB23 6EA or via email to licensing@scambs.gov.uk no later than 2nd October 2025 stating the grounds for representation. The application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.scambs.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, for which a person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction.
