Proposed Activities: The sale of alcohol off the premises Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 22:00 and Sunday 08:00 to 20:00.

The opening hours of the premises will be Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 22:00 and Sunday 08:00 to 20:00.

The Licensing Register may be inspected at the Licensing Authority, East Riding of Yorkshire Council, Public Protection Department, County Hall, Beverley, East Riding of Yorkshire, HU17 9BA between 9.00 am and 5.00 p.m.- Monday to Thursday (4.30p.m on Fridays) except public holidays or on the below link: http://www2.eastriding.gov.uk/business/licences-andregistrations/ public-registers/alcohol-entertainment-and-food/

Any representations by a Responsible Authority or Relevant Person must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority, East Riding of Yorkshire Council, Cross Street, Beverley, HU17 9BA BY 1 October 2025.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
