What is proposed?

Application for Grant of a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 

The Jar House, Unit 2M CadCam Centre, High Force Road, Riverside Park, Middlesbrough, TS2 1RH Notice is hereby given that Claire Bowes Fairless has applied on 4 September 2025 to Middlesbrough Council Licensing Authority to Grant the Premises Licence in respect of the above-mentioned premises.

The licensable activity applied for is The Sale of Alcohol 'off' the premise 09:00-18:00 daily.

Anyone wishing to make representations in respect of this application should write to Middlesbrough Council at the address stated below. Representations must be made in writing or emailed to licensing@middlesbrough.gov.uk no later than 2 October 2025.

It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 (unlimited amount) on the standard scale, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
