What is proposed?

THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS)

(NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1985 ARTICLE 3 AND SCHEDULE 1

Notice is hereby given that I, Gerard Deane, Director of Holywell Trust and the

Holywell DiverseCity

Community Partnership,

10- 12 Bishop Street,

Derry/Londonderry, BT48 6PW have applied to Derry City and Strabane District Council for an Entertainments License in respect of the address above.

Entertainment is to be provided on the following days and between the hours of Monday - Saturday 11a.m. - 11p.m., Sunday 11a.m. - 10p.m. The nature of the entertainments to be

provided is as follows:- Dancing, singing, music, dining and public display. Any person wishing to make representation in relation to this Application shall give notice to the Council stating in general terms the nature of the representation, not later than 28 days after the date of the application.
