What is proposed?

Public Notice of an application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of The Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that an application was made to the London Borough of Bromley Council for a premises licence variation under the above Act on 26th August 2025 and will commence consultation on the 27th August 2025. Applicant: TRB Property Holdings Limited. Address of premises: Royal Bell, 175 High Street, Bromley, BR1 1NN. Proposed variation to the licensable activities: Extra hours for sale of alcohol re consumption on premises and for recorded music and extra hrs for late night refreshment (LNR) - all within only the existing whole basement area; Amend existing licence condition wording re no’s – 9,10,12,14,15 & 38 wording to reflect these alterations to the premises licence. Proposed days and hours of licensable activity: EVERY DAY Whole basement area for alcohol on sales - 12.00 hours until 05.00 hours the following morning; Recorded Music - 12.00 hours until 05.00 hours the following morning; LNR - 23.00 to 05.00 hours the following morning.

The postal address of the Licensing Authority where the register is kept and the application may be inspected is: * Licensing Dept, Public Protection, Bromley Council, Bromley Civic Centre, Churchill Court, 2 Westmoreland Road, Bromley, BR1 1AS. Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the nature and grounds for making such representations to The Licensing Officer at the above address* within 28 working days of the date of this notice – by the 23rd September 2025. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application and the offence is punishable on summary conviction on or after that day by a fine of any amount.
