What is proposed?

PUBLIC NOTICE- LICENSING ACT 2003, APPLICATION OF PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to the Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council Licensing Authority for a premises licence under The Licensing Act 2003 by Bohgan Cimla Stores Limited

The application relates to the premises located at: 18 Park Street, Tonna, Neath, SA11 3JF

The proposed licensable activities and hours are as follows:

• Sale of alcohol: 6:00 am to 11:00 pm, every day.

• Provision of hot food and hot drinks: 6:00 am to 11:00 pm, every day.

A copy of the application can be viewed at Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council, Licensing Section, Civic Centre, Port Talbot, SA13 1PJ during normal office hours.

Any person who wishes to make representations in respect of this application should do so by writing to the Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council, Licensing Section, Civic Centre, Port Talbot, SA13 1PJ on or before the 3rd October 2025
