What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003

Dallas Chicken & Pizza Ltd is applying for the grant of a Premises Licence for Dallas Chicken & Pizza, 7 King Street, Kidsgrove, ST7 1HW

The Licence, if granted, is to enable the following activities to take Place: Provision of late-night refreshment, Mon to Sun, 23:00 until 03:00

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to: Newcastle-under- Lyme Borough Council, Licensing Department, Castle House, Barracks Road, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire, ST5 1BL

The representations must fall within one or more of the Council’s Licensing Objectives, which are;

1. Public Safety

2. The Protection of Children from Harm

3. The Prevention of Crime

4. Disorder and the Prevention of Public Nuisance.

Representation must be made in writing or before: 1st October 2025 and must state the grounds upon which the representation is made in accordance with the Licensing Act 2003.

The Licensing Section keeps a copy of the application for the grant of the above Licence. The application can be viewed by prior appointment at the Council Depot, Knutton Lane, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire, ST5 2SL.

It is an offence to knowingly, or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
