Licensing Act 2003 – Application for Premises Licence

We ‘Gotham Newco 3 Ltd’ of Pizza Hut, 18 Cardiff Road, Newport, NP20 2ED hereby give notice that we are applying to Newport City Council for a Grant of a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 as detailed below:

Mon–Sun– 23.00 – 03.00

The licensing register can be inspected at the address noted below between the hours of 9am and 4pm Mon to Fri. Anyone wishing to object or make representations must do so in writing by 23rd September 2025.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000.
