What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Swarm Creative Ltd have applied for a new premises licence at Honey Street Studios, 16b Honey Street, Manchester M8 8RG.

To sell alcohol (on sales) Sun-Thurs 12:00-23:30 hrs, Fri -Sat 12:00-03:30 hours, and provide live music, recorded music, dance (and anything similar), films and plays Sun-Thurs 12:00-00:00 hrs, Fri-Sat 12:00- 04:00 hours.

Any person wishing to make representations must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority at the address below by 26/9/25 to Premises Licensing, Level 1 Town Hall extension, Albert Square, Manchester, PO Box 532, M60 2LA or by email to premises.licensing@manchester.gov.uk.

The Licensing register/record of application are available for inspection at the above office by appointment only.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such an offence is liable upon conviction to an unlimited fine.
