What is proposed?

Application for a Premises Licence

We Oldham Beer Company Limited have applied
to Fylde Borough Council for a Premises Licence
for 3 Henry St, Lytham St Annes FY8 5LE. If
granted the licence will permit the sale or supply of
alcohol and other licensable activities on broadly
the same terms as the recently lapsed licence. As
previously, the hours of operation for these
activities will be between 09.00 hours and midnight
Sunday to Thursday and until 01.00 hours on
Friday and Saturday with an hour extension on
specified special days.
Interested parties or responsible authorities may
make representations about this application by
writing to; The Licensing Team, Fylde Borough
Council, Town Hall, Lytham St. Annes FY8 1LW not
later than 29th September 2025.

Licensing Authority’s address shown above during
normal office hours or on their website at

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a
false statement in connection with this application,
the maximum fine on summary conviction being
£5,000.
