What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I/We Mr Samuel Jones of Bello Italia Bebington have applied to Wirral Borough Council to vary a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as: 18 Broadway of Bebington for the following: Remove the condition of Annexe 3 no alcohol for tables and chairs outside the premises. Also, to extend the outdoor premises licence, Sale of Alcohol by Retail, The consumption of food and alcohol on our outdoor premises.

A full copy of the above application is kept on the Council website at https://www.wirral.gov.uk/business/licences-and-permits/entertainment-and-alcohol/current-applications-and-representations. Any person wishing to make representation in respect of the application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey, CH44 8ED or via email to licensing@wirral.gov.uk no later than 26/09/2025.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
