or it can be viewed at the Licensing Authority (at the below address) by appointment. Any person may make relevant representations, in writing about this application to Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey CH44 8ED, or by email to licensing@wirral.gov.uk by 21/9/25.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
