What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003 

Inventive Service Company Limited has applied to Newcastle City Council for a variation of the premises licence for Revolucion De Cuba, St Nicholas Building, 1-3 Cloth Market, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 1EE as follows: To amend condition 14 of annex 2 to revise the terminal hour in respect of which a full meals menu must be available from 10pm to 9pm. To amend conditions 28, 29 and 31 of annex 2 to require Challenge 21 instead of Challenge 25. To add a further condition requiring an incident and refusals log. 

Full details of the application may be inspected by contacting Licensing Authority, Newcastle City Council, Public Safety and Regulation, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8QH during the Council’s usual opening hours or viewed on the Council’s website: https://portal.newcastle.gov.uk. 

Representations should be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address or by email to licensing@newcastle.gov.uk no later than 26 September 2025. 

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. To do so could result in an unlimited fine.
