I Melanie Dianne Stiles give notice that I have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of

Fishermans Café, Exchequer Quay, Commercial Road, Penryn, Cornwall,

TR10 8LS.

The application is to:

A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, New County Hall, Truro TR1 3AY or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 9th September, 2025.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
