NOTICE OF INTENDED APPLICATION FOR AN APPROVAL UNDER THE REGULATIONS
I, Ann Kelly of the Holiday Inn Hotel, Barnsley Road, Dodworth, Barnsley, S75 3JT, hereby give notice that the Holiday Inn on the 27th August 2025, applied to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council for a renewal to me of an approval to use the following premises Secret Garden, Wilkes, Hamilton, O’Hara for Civil Marriages and Civil Partnerships conducted by a Superintendent Registrar and a Registrar subject to the availability of Registration Service Staff.
Any person wishing to object to the intended application may do so by letter stating in full, the grounds on which the objection is based, addressed to the Service Director Customer Services Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council, PO Box 679, Barnsley, S70 9JE. Any such letter must arrive by the 25th September 2025.
The application and the plan of the premises which identifies the room or rooms in which marriages and civil partnerships may, if approved, be solemnised may be inspected by contacting Celebratory Services on 01226 773086 until such time as the application has been determined by the Local Authority, or the application has been withdrawn.
