What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003

Mr Gurjinder Singh is applying for a Premises Licence for 1 Stop, 7 High Street, Chepstow NP16 5LH.

The Licence if granted is to enable the following activities to take place: Alcohol Off Sales Only – Monday-Sunday – 07:00-23:00.

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Section, Monmouthshire County Council, County Hall, The Rhadyr, Usk NP15 1GA. Representation may be made for 28 consecutive days from the date of this notice. A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by The Licensing Section. The application can be viewed Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 4.30pm except bank holidays at the Councils Hubs/County Hall, Usk by prior arrangement in writing to the address above. A copy of the application is also available to view online www.monmouthshire.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
