NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

An Application for a Premises Licence has been made by: 4 Sisters (Midlands) Limited to Birmingham City Council in respect of premises known as Simla which are situated at Saffron Biryani and Curry, 161 Sutton Road, Birmingham, B23 5TN.

The proposed application is as follows: Sale of alcohol by retail on and off the premises Mon- Sun 1000- 2300 hrs.

Further information concerning the application can be viewed by accessing the Licensing Act 2003 Electronic public register at: www.birmingham.gov.uk/licensing.

Any person, who wishes to make a representation, must do so in writing, preferably by email to licensing@birmingham.gov.uk or alternatively by post to General Licensing, Regulation & Enforcement, PO Box 17831, Birmingham B2 2HJ. Representations must be made in writing within 28 days from the date of this notice, i.e. by midnight on 26.09.2025.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the licensing act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
