What is proposed?

Notice of Application to Vary a Premises Licence Under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Heron Foods Limited in respect of premises known as Heron Foods, Unit 3, Quora Retail Park, Clayton Road, Bradford, BD7 2SG, applied to Bradford Metropolitan District Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence.

The proposed variation is to seek approval of the plan submitted with the application, which can be viewed upon request, in relation to a general layout change and to amend the hours for the sale of alcohol at the premises on a Sunday only from the current hours of 10:00 to 16:00 to the proposed hours of 11:00 to 17:00. The opening hours on a Sunday will be 11:00 to 17:00. All other days to remain unchanged.

Any representations by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Team, Bradford Metropolitan District Council, Department of Place, Shearbridge Depot, Shearbridge Road, Bradford, BD7 1PU, or by email to licensing@bradford.gov.uk no later than 24 September 2025 stating the grounds for objection. The register of Bradford Metropolitan District Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website – www.bradford.gov.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
