TO : WHOM IT MAY CONCERN We Levels Bottle Shop Ltd do hereby serve notice on 28/08/2025 that it is our intention to apply to Eastbourne Borough Council for the grant of a new premises licence to use or permit the use of premises known as Levels Bottle Shop & Tasting Room, 33 South Street, Eastbourne, BN21 4UP for the following licensable activities:
Live music (indoors) Friday to Saturday 08:00 - 00.00 and on New Years Eve until 01.00.
Recorded music (indoors) on Monday-Thursday & Sunday 8:00-00.00, Friday and Saturday 08.00-00.30. plus New Years Eve until 01:00.
Supply of alcohol (on and off premises) Monday-Thursday & Sunday 08.00-23.00 and Friday - Saturday 08.00-00.00 plus New Years Eve until 01.00.
Any person who desires to make a representation to the grant, should send a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection to

licensing@lewes-eastbourne.gov.uk

or Licensing Team Eastbourne Town Hall Grove Road Eastbourne BN21 4UG no later than midnight on 25th September 2025.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
