What is proposed?

Application for a Premises Licence

Applicant: CLIMAX PROMOTIONS & EVENTS LTD.

Premises: DUKE OF LANCASTER SHIP (QUAYSIDE), HOLYWELL CH8.

Nature of Application: The Sale by Retail of Alcohol for consumption on the premises & the provision of Regulated Entertainment (Plays, Film, Live Music, Recorded Music, Dance, Anything Similar) inside and outside (Temporary Structures).

This Licence will permit a maximum of 35 event days per year.

Hours of Operation:

    • Mon to Sat: 10:00 – 21:30

    • Sun: 12:00 – 20:30

  • Regulated Entertainment:

    • Mon to Sat: 10:00 – 22:00

    • Sun: 10:00 – 21:00

  • Opening Hours:

    • Mon to Sat: 10:00 – 22:30

    • Sun: 10:00 – 21:30
