LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice of Application for A New Premises Licence
Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by O'Donnell Moonshine Ltd in respect of O'Donnell Moonshine, Promotional Site LGC11, Chantry Place, 40-46 St Stephens Street, Norwich, NR1 3SH for a new premises licence. Retail Sale of alcohol for offsite consumption during the hours of Monday to Saturday 9:00 - 18:00 and Sundays 10:30 - 16:30.
Small free samples will also be provided to try before purchase.
Full details of the application are contained within the application form held by the Licensing Authority at Licensing Team, Norwich City Council, City Hall, St Peters Street, Norwich, NR2 1NH where a record of the application may be inspected during normal office hours or online at https://www.norwich.gov.uk/info/20014/licensing
Any representations by a responsible authority or other person regarding this application must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address no later than 18 September 2025, stating the grounds for the representations.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
