NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF EXTENSION OF LICENSABLE HOURS WITHIN A CURRENT PREMISE LICENSE UNDER LICENSING ACT 2003 

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF A NEW PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003. 

Bath City Cafe Ltd applied to Bath & North East Somerset Council on 18th August 2025 for an extension to the licensable hours to use the premises at Only Food 6 Lower Borough Walls, Bath, BA11QR for the sale of alcohol and food 9am-12am Sunday to Thursday, 9am-1am Friday and Saturday. 

Notification of the application made to the Licensing Authority is available on a register at www.bathnes.gov.uk/licensing-register. 

Representations should be made in writing to: Bath & North East Somerset Council Licensing Services Lewis House Manvers Street Bath BA1 1JG or by email to licensing@bathnes.gov.uk by 17th September 2025 Representations made will be disclosed in an open meeting should a hearing be necessary. 

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is subject to a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
