I/WE: Mr Araz Kisro Have Applied to: Kirklees Council for a New Premises Licence for: 15a Nablane, Mirfield WF14 9BN Licensable activities and accompanying hours applied for are: Supply of Alcohol for Off-Premises consumption: Mon-Sun (07:00-22:00). Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by: 23rd September 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Office, Flint Street Depot, Flint Street, Fartown, Huddersfield HD1 6LG OR email: licensing@kirklees.gov.uk The application may be viewed in the Register held at the above offices or online on www.kirklees.gov.uk/licensing It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, for anyone to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
