What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003 Section 71(6)

Notice is hereby given that Colchester Jazz Club, has applied in respect of the Marks Tey Parish Hall, Old Road, Marks Tey, CO6 1EJ, for a Club Premises Certificate under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for the sale of alcohol each Sunday from 19.00 to 22.30.

Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 19th September 2025, to: licensing.team@colchester.gov.uk, or to The Licensing Authority, Colchester City Council, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG. The register of licensing applications can be inspected by prior appointment between 10:00am and 3:00pm Monday to Friday at the Council's offices at: 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester or online http://www.colchester.gov.uk. It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum for which is unlimited.
